The Marketing Generalist plays a vital role in supporting Minnesota Urology's marketing and communication efforts across digital and traditional channels. A key responsibility includes monitoring and managing the organization's online reputation by addressing patient reviews and feedback in a timely and empathetic manner. The role involves coordinating website content updates, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and SEO optimization in collaboration with developers and content creators. QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in marketing. Healthcare experience is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated success in digital marketing, social media management, and reputation management, proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and content management systems.
