Truck parts background. Candidate must be organized with good memory. Able to run a computer to look up parts for equipment brands. Order the correct parts for repairs in the shop and over the counter / phone orders. Make sure parts are here on time for repair orders. Data entry of parts invoices. Deliver of parts of outside parts sales. Cross reference & out source parts orders. Bill out parts & fluids or cores onto work orders. Keep track of parts that are ordered for jobs & over the counter customers. Shipping out parts orders for customers. Pay attention to inventory of items that need to be reordered. Return parts & cores for credit- make credits are received. Be diligent at the job. Keeping work area clean & organized.
