Position Summary/Objective: This individual is responsible for assisting the Partnership Sales and Activation teams with fulfillment of marketing and promotional in-game elements during all Timberwolves home games. This will be a seasonal part-time role, through the season and potential playoffs.

Education: Bachelor’s degree or pursuit of degree is preferred.

Supervisory Responsibility, if any: This position does not have supervisory responsibility
Work Environment
This job operates in a Sports Arena environment. Staff will work Lynx home games. Work is both sedentary and active in nature. The working environment is generally favorable. Lighting and temperature are adequate, and there are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc. Some work is performed within an office environment, with standard office equipment available. This job mainly operates in a sports arena, which includes bleachers/steps.
Physical Demands
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to communicate and exchange information with others both in person and over the telephone. The employee frequently is required to remain in a stationary position, and may operate computers and other office equipment, such as a copy machine, printer, telephone and camera. Staff will frequently ascend and descend bleachers/steps and traverse around the building. Staff may occasionally move items weighing up to 30 pounds.
Travel
This position will likely not require travel.

- Assist the Corporate Partnership team in fulfillment of game night sponsored elements inclusive of: hospitality and events, setting up and breaking down sponsored areas, assisting with all in-arena sponsored activations
- Responsible for documenting sponsored elements through photography and video proof of performance.
- Assist the Corporate Partnership team with all coordination and execution of hospitality and special events tied to Timberwolves games.
- Work with Corporate Partnerships and Marketing to coordinate sponsor premium giveaways: set-up, storage and distribution of materials.
