- This is a temporary position that will extend no longer than 2 years or January 1, 2028.
- This is a hybrid position that must travel to work at the Office of the State Auditor, 525 Park Street, St. Paul, Minnesota.
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum of two (2) years of professional experience as a software developer or computer programmer developing object-oriented software applications.
Experience must include the following:
- Two (2) years’ experience designing and developing C#.NET and ASP.NET applications.
- Two (2) years’ experience developing Windows Forms applications.
- Two (2) years of Web design experience using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Bootstrap.
- Two (2) years of T-SQL programming experience creating tables, views, stored procedures, and queries using Microsoft SQL Server.
- Two (2) years’ experience designing and developing reports using Crystal Reports or SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
- Two (2) years’ experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Three (3) years of experience designing and developing object-oriented software applications using C# and ASP.NET Core.
- Three (3) years of recent experience developing Windows Forms.
- Three (3) years of experience with SQL Server database design, development, and administration.
- Two (2) years of experience gathering and documenting business and technical requirements.
- Experience with Version Control Systems (Subversion, Git).
- Experience with Infragistics UI controls.
- Experience working with Agile work management tools such as Jira.
- Experience with accounting/general ledger software.
- Must be able to transport or move up to 15 pounds.
- Must have ability to move through work space and maintain a stationary position throughout work day.
