We're seeking an experienced Operations Accounting Manager to join our team on the Moorhead campus and help lead critical financial operations that support student success across our four-campus college.
In this leadership role, you'll oversee key accounting and financial management functions, including:
✅ Financial reporting and audit support
✅ Budget planning and analysis
✅ Auxiliary services and bookstore operations
✅ Grant and workforce development accounting
✅ Chart of accounts management and financial systems oversight
✅ Supervision and development of accounting staff
We're looking for a collaborative financial leader with experience in accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, and team leadership who is passionate about service, integrity, inclusion, and innovation.

💼 Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday (8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.)
💰 Salary: $64,895 - $93,981 annually
