As an Account Representative, you will play an important role in strengthening the customer experience while supporting the sales process after our customers and homeowners decide to move forward with LeafGuard gutter systems.
This Account Representative role focuses on customer communication, sales support, and installation coordination, ensuring every customer and homeowner clearly understands the value of LeafGuard’s permanent gutter protection system. What You’ll Do As an Account Representative:
- Meet with each customer after the consultation to review next steps and reinforce the value of the LeafGuard’s gutter solutions.
- As an Account Representative, support the sales process by helping each customer understand installation timelines, warranties, and product benefits.
- Educate our customers on how LeafGuard’s patented hood design keeps debris out while allowing rainwater to flow through.
- Use system tools to track customer feedback, appointment progress, and opportunities for referrals or additional sales.
- Coordinate installation times,logistics and follow-ups to ensure a smooth customer experience from consultation through completion of their new gutters.
- Reinforce the sales and service value of LeafGuard’s lifetime warranty and ScratchGuard® gutter finish during customer conversations.
- Help turn every satisfied customer into a referral source by delivering a professional experience that supports future Sales.
Account Representative Qualifications
- Experience in Sales, customer service, or client-facing roles preferred (Not required)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain products clearly to any Customer
- Comfortable working in a performance-driven Sales environment
- Organized, motivated, and focused on delivering a positive Customer experience
