The B2B Client Advisor sells AT&T business solutions to local companies. You’ll prospect and meet with small-to-medium business owners to present tailored telecom solutions while also closing deals and keeping relationships strong. This role demands hustle, excellent communication, and a desire to earn through performance.
Core Responsibilities:
- Meet directly with business owners and decision-makers to sell AT&T internet, voice, and wireless packages
- Conduct needs assessments and present tailored telecom solutions that solve customer problems.
- Close B2B sales and secure signed agreements.
- Build a local pipeline through outbound prospecting and referrals.
- Coordinate onboarding with operations to ensure smooth installs.
- Manage follow-up and account retention activities to minimize churn.
- Hit weekly and monthly KPIs; report results transparently.
Qualities We Look For:
- 1 years customer-facing sales (retail, hospitality, or B2B) is preferred.
- Comfortable asking for the sale and handling objections.
- Reliable transportation to meet clients in Minneapolis and surrounding towns.
- Ambitious, coachable, and metrics-driven.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule (some evenings/weekdays as needed).
- High school diploma required; college or certifications a plus.
Pay: $50,687.33 - $61,042.81 per year
