Minnesota Regenerative Institute in Baxter, MN is a busy, integrated medical practice that brings together a collaborative team of Medical Doctors, Nurse Practitioners, Chiropractors, Nutritionists, Sonographers, and Phlebotomists to help patients live healthier, pain-free lives. We combine the best of regenerative medicine, chiropractic care, and functional wellness—all under one roof.
We’re currently looking for a Front Desk Administrator who thrives on connection, has a love for helping people, and can keep our fast-moving clinic running like a well-oiled machine.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Greeting patients with warmth and professionalism
- Managing check-in, check-out, and appointment scheduling
- Answering phones and fielding patient questions
- Supporting providers across disciplines with patient flow and documentation
- Maintaining a clean, organized front office
- Assisting with intake paperwork and patient records

Schedule (Baxter Office):

Monday – Thursday
8:00 am – 12:30 pm and 1:30 pm – 6:30 pm
