The expected annual compensation range for this position is $94,000 - $117,000. Compensation offered to the selected candidate will vary depending on relevant knowledge, skills, training, experience, and market conditions. Additionally, this position qualifies for a comprehensive benefits package, including an Incentive Program, Retirement Benefits, Medical, Dental & Vision Plans, Health Savings Account, Flexible Spending Account, Life Insurance, Disability, Tuition Reimbursement, Voluntary Benefits, Paid Absences, and more.

Required Education & Experience
- Associates degree in engineering‑related field, drafting, or electric power/electrical utility substation technology OR journey level lineworker, substation technician, or relay technician.
- Six or more years of experience in construction execution, electrical design, or electrical engineering.
- Competent in Microsoft 365 suite, Adobe, and drafting programs (e.g., Bluebeam).
- Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
- Field work and extensive travel to customer sites with occasional overnight stays required.
- This position may be subject to assessment of skills, job match and/or aptitude.
- Industrial or utility design experience.
- Substation, transmission line, or distribution construction experience.
- Be the connective force keeping complex construction projects aligned, informed, and moving forward safely.
- Champion quality and compliance by ensuring work meets standards, specifications, and safety expectations.
- Lead beyond the job site by coordinating schedules, outages, and contractors across multiple, often remote, projects.
- Solve problems in real time through trusted collaboration with project managers, field teams, and external partners.
- Make a visible impact in a role where strong leadership, clear communication, and accountability truly matter.
