The City is seeking dependable Temporary On-Call Snowplow Drivers to assist with clearing public streets, parking lots, trails, sidewalks, and cul-de-sacs during winter storms. Drivers operate a 1-ton pickup truck and related equipment on an as-needed basis. Typical shifts begin around 2:00 a.m. and continue until routes are complete, usually lasting 6-10 hours.
Minimum Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old, hold a valid Minnesota driver's license with a good driving record, and pass a background check and drug screen. Experience operating and maintaining snow removal equipment is required.
Seniors and individuals with prior snowplowing experience are encouraged to apply.
