This position is responsible for delivering safe, high-quality, water-efficient irrigation service, maintenance, and installation for commercial, residential, HOA, and municipal clients.
Job Description:
To provide reliable, efficient, and sustainable irrigation solutions while developing professionally through training, accountability, and performance excellence.
Core Responsibilities
1. Safety First
- Follow all company safety standards and guidelines.
- Operate vehicles & equipment safely.
- Protect customer property and public safety at all times.
2. Irrigation Service & Maintenance
- Diagnose and repair irrigation system issues.
- Perform spring startups, mid-season inspections, and fall winterizations.
- Troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, and controller-related issues.
- Evaluate system performance and water usage.
- Recommend improvements to increase efficiency and reduce water waste.
3. Water Conservation Leadership
- Actively promote water-efficient technology.
- Identify rebate opportunities when applicable.
- Recommend system adjustments that reduce overwatering.
- Support municipal and HOA compliance requirements.
4. Professional Communication
- Communicate clearly with customers onsite.
- Document work thoroughly using company systems.
- Provide clear explanations of repairs, upgrades, and recommendations.
- Communicate proactively with office staff and supervisors.
5. Quality & Accountability
- Deliver high-quality workmanship on every job.
- Maintain consistent service standards across all properties.
- Ensure jobs are completed accurately and efficiently.

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
