Minnesota Grinding is seeking candidates for a CNC Precision Grinding Technician role: Setup and operate manual and CNC precision grinding machines to process parts per customer specifications. 3rd shift, additional shift differential. Pay increases as skills increase.

The CNC Precision Grinding Technician role can be filled by a trainee or experienced CNC machinist. Math, mechanical problem solving, communication, and team work skills are key. Related two-year technical degree and 3 years related experience preferred. Preferred experience in CNC, grinding, and robotics. Basic familiarity with machines and machine tools of many types. Experience with blueprint reading, calipers, micrometers and other precision measuring equipment is preferred. Computer literacy, proficiency in Windows environment.
SCHEDULE: Minnesota Grinding is seeking candidates for third shift: 10:00 pm-6:30am Sunday-Thursday
LOCATION: Minnesota Grinding is located at 5400 Douglas Drive, Crystal, MN 55429
