The Minnesota Firefighter Initiative (MnFIRE) is seeking a dynamic and mission-driven Chief
Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the organization’s strategic growth and statewide impact
supporting firefighter health and wellness.
MnFIRE is a nonprofit dedicated to improving the health, wellbeing, and resilience of
Minnesota firefighters and their families. Through programs such as the Hometown Heroes
Assistance Program (HHAP), MnFIRE provides critical mental health support, peer
resources, and wellness initiatives across the state.
The CEO will provide overall executive leadership, strategic direction, and external
representation for the organization while working in close partnership with the Executive
Director and MnFIRE Board of Directors.
