Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Ag and Turf Mobile Service Mechanic to join our team. This role is responsible for performing diagnostics, service, and repairs on ag and turf equipment at customer locations using a mobile service unit.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer sites to perform maintenance and repairs on John Deere and other competitive brand equipment
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues
• Perform scheduled maintenance, inspections, and warranty work
• Complete work orders, service reports, and documentation accurately
• Communicate service findings and recommendations to customers
• Maintain mobile service vehicle inventory, tools, and cleanliness
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

• Must have adequate personal set of tools to perform work responsibilities
• Proven experience with agricultural or turf equipment repair
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Knowledge of safety standards related to machinery repair
