Main Responsibilities
- Develop accurate scoping reports and cost estimates for state bridge projects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure projects meet schedule, cost, and scope requirements.
- Identify project risks, constraints, and document contingencies during early scoping.
- Support Districts in defining bridge repair work and cost estimations for STIP entry.
- Optimize the STIP budget and address future unfunded needs through accurate scoping estimates.
- Serve as a technical resource on bridge preservation and improvement strategies.
- Identify and implement improvements and efficiencies in the scoping process.
