As a Licensed Funeral Director, you are a critical part of the family experience.

You will guide families through arrangements, help them make informed decisions without pressure, and ensure every detail is handled with care, clarity, and professionalism.

This role is often one of the most important touchpoints a family will have.

How you show up matters.

We are looking for someone that has flexibility for day, nights and weekends. We partner together on a rotating schedule.

• Meet with families and guide them through cremation arrangements

• Provide clear, honest explanations of services and options

• Ensure families feel supported, never pressured or rushed

• Coordinate with hospitals, hospice, nursing facilities, and medical examiners

• Manage all required documentation, permits, and authorizations

• Ensure full compliance with Minnesota regulations

• Oversee the process from first call through cremation

• Communicate clearly with families and the care team

• Conduct transfers to ensure continuity of care

• Licensed Funeral Director in Minnesota in good standing

• Experience working directly with families

• Compassionate and steady presence in high-emotion situations

• Strong communication and attention to detail

• High level of professionalism and accountability

• A team-first mindset and willingness to step in where needed
