This position is responsible for ensuring and maintaining the responsibilities of the utility billing process for the City's water, sewer, storm water and street lighting charges. This includes: administering the bi-monthly billing and receipting, working with City staff and the general public on utility activities, utility billing inquiries, and assisting other areas in the Finance Department as needed including backup and assistance at the Front Desk. This position is categorized as a Grade 6 which corresponds to a 2026 salary range of $60,195 - $79,265 ($60,195 starting).
