The Spring Lake Park Police Department is accepting applications for a Full-Time Police Officer. Serving a welcoming community of 7,400 residents, Spring Lake Park offers small-town charm with the convenience of being located between Fridley and Blaine. Our department values its supportive, family-oriented culture, strong community partnerships, and solid backing from City leadership. With 12 sworn officers and two support staff, this hiring process will fill one immediate vacancy.

Officers benefit from a brand-new police facility (opened in 2025), an on-site gun range, and multiple career development paths including School Resource Officer, Investigator, Traffic Safety Officer, Field Training Officer, Bike Patrol, Mobile Field Force, and instructor roles. Wellness resources include a department-sponsored program, on-site fitness center, and access to mental health professionals.
