What are the responsibilities and job description for the Minneapolis Public Housing Authority - Minneapolis position at Minnesota City Jobs?
The primary purpose of this position is to provide support to the Authority in the areas of financial accounting, budgeting, and reporting. Under the supervision of the Supervisor, Manager, or the Assistant Director of Finance, the incumbent provides financial analysis and advice to executive, senior Finance, and other staff, performs complex account reconciliations, develops and coordinates major program and inter-entity budgets, requisitions funds, prepares financial reports, works with software vendors on trouble-shooting and enhancements, and interprets and applies HUD program and accounting related requirements.
