What are the responsibilities and job description for the Leaves Administrator - Minneapolis Park & Recreation Board position at Minnesota City Jobs?
The Human Resources Department is accepting applications for an experienced Leaves Administrator to administer and support the full lifecycle for all leaves of absence including but not limited to FMLA, Minnesota PFML, and workers’ compensation claims. Acts as the subject matter expert and effectively coordinates general administration, comprehensive case management, and program compliance with all related federal, state, or local employment laws and regulations. Performs exemplary customer service and assistance to employees, executives, and HR staff. Coordinates employment- and leave-related investigations. Processes accommodation requests and performs related duties as required.
Need to Have:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, a related field or equivalent
Progressively responsible experience performing leave administration: Three (3) years.
Experience performing general HR functions: Three (3) years.
Experience utilizing human resource information systems: Two (2) years.
Salary : $45 - $53
