The City of Winona is now hiring for Engineering Manager

This professional supervisory position performs engineering, long-range planning, budgeting, and administrative work; designs and manages construction projects for the Public Works Department and Port Authority; and is responsible for the supervision and coordination of the engineering division. This position serves as the traffic engineer for the City and Director of Public Works in their absence.

Minimum Qualifications:
Four-year Bachelor’s Degree in civil engineering or related field; six years of civil engineering or related experience with an emphasis in municipal civil engineering; possess Professional Engineer certification valid in the State of Minnesota or be willing to obtain within six months of employment; and valid driver’s license.
