The City of Kenyon is accepting applications for a full-time Electrical Line Worker/Water Operator. This position will Perform construction, operation, maintenance, and repair of electric and water distribution systems for the utilities as well asl perform skilled work in the construction, maintenance, and repair of underground and overhead electric distribution systems. This position will also provide the maintenance and repair of the water distribution system. 

This position operates a variety of specialized equipment and work is typically accomplished through teamwork and occurs on energized lines. High school diploma or equivalent is required. Relocation may be required as candidates must reside within a twenty-five-mile radius. If not already acquired, candidates must be able to obtain their Minnesota Class B unrestricted CDL Driver License with air brake endorsement and Minnesota Class D water license within the first year of employment.
