What are the responsibilities and job description for the City Clerk/Treasurer - Rushmore position at Minnesota City Jobs?
The City of Rushmore accepting applications for the position of full-time City Clerk/Treasurer. Position performs complex executive work, planning, organizing, coordinating City government operations, setting policies, goals under administrative oversight of the Rushmore City Council. Preferred candidate will have minimum 4 years financial management, accounting, public sector, or related field. Knowledgeable in computer systems, software apps, must be able to perform wide variety of tasks associated with strong financial skills, strong communication skills, detailed strong organization & management skills. Candidate must effectively communicate & maintain positive relationships with the city council, employees, and community members, bi-lingual is a plus. Position requires the ability to prioritize, complete tasks with no supervision. Wage is competitive. Drug test required.
