The City of Washburn is seeking a City Administrator who is dedicated, innovative, and community-focused to lead this vibrant City.
Candidates should have strong experience in budgeting, debt financing, including TIFs, capital project planning, economic development, and grant administration. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, innovative leader with a strong work ethic, proven organizational accomplishments, and excellent communication skills. Success in team building and addressing community issues is essential. Future priorities include economic development and redevelopment efforts, budgeting, and coordinating projects within TID No. 3 while fostering collaboration among officials, staff, and residents.
Require Bachelor’s degree in public administration or related field; prefer Master’s Degree with at least 3 years’ progressive municipal management experience.
Salary range: $100,000 - $120,000.
