The City of Kimball is hiring a year-round, part-time Building and Grounds Maintenance worker to join Public Works. This position keeps City facilities and grounds clean, safe, and well maintained. Duties include custodial work, mowing and grounds care, snow and ice removal, minor building repairs, preventive maintenance, and facility safety checks at City Hall, the Library, Fire Hall, parks, and other City property.

Up to 20 hours per week, with a flexible schedule that includes early mornings, evenings, weekends, and weather-response work. Eligible for ESST and PTO per City policy.

Requirements: high school diploma or GED, valid Minnesota driver's license, clean driving record, and two years of related experience or equivalent.
