Job Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive dental hygiene assessments by taking vital signs, medical histories, and dental examinations to identify oral health issues
• Provide dental hygiene treatments, including dental prophy, fluoride, and periodontal treatment as needed
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques, periodontal health, preventive care, and other treatment recommendations
• Capture high-quality digital radiographs
• Review and update medical records accurately using electronic dental software (experience with Open Dental appreciated but not required)
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Ensure a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited dental hygiene program.
• Current Registered Dental Hygienist license in the state of Minnesota.
• Strong knowledge of dental procedures and protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team setting.
• Compassionate and caring attitude towards patients.
