Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable, hands-on Project Foreman to lead our exterior waterproofing crews. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in landscaping who is ready to take ownership of projects, manage a small crew, and ensure jobs are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
You will be responsible for running day-to-day field operations, maintaining quality control, and keeping projects on schedule.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a crew of 3-4 laborers on waterproofing and landscaping projects
- Oversee job site setup, execution, and cleanup
- Read and execute project scopes and plans
- Ensure all work meets company quality standards
- Train and develop crew members to improve performance and efficiency
- Communicate daily progress updates to management and customers
- Maintain a safe and organized job site
- Operate and oversee use of equipment (mini excavators, trucks, trailers, etc.)
- Identify and solve problems in the field without constant supervision
Qualifications
- 3 years of foreman or crew lead experience (landscaping preferred)
- Strong understanding of excavation, grading, and drainage systems
- Experience operating skid steers and excavators
- Ability to lead a team and hold others accountable
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Valid driver’s license (CDL is a plus)
- Ability to work in physically demanding outdoor conditions
