Do you love TikTok, e-commerce, and finding creative ways to connect brands with customers? Minky Couture is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented TikTok Shop Marketing Coordinator to help grow our TikTok Shop and introduce more customers to the luxury and comfort of Minky Couture blankets!
This is an exciting opportunity to combine social commerce, digital marketing, and e-commerce operations while working with a collaborative team and a growing luxury blanket brand.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of Minky Couture’s TikTok Shop, including product listings, orders, and shop settings.
- Collaborate with marketing, graphic design, fulfillment, and customer service teams to support a seamless shopping experience.
- Coordinate promotional campaigns, seasonal events, product launches, TikTok Lives, and creator and affiliate partnerships.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and recommend strategies to drive growth.
- Coordinate inventory and product availability to support promotions and peak seasons.
- Help develop and execute strategies to increase sales, engagement, and customer satisfaction.
- Stay current on TikTok Shop tools, platform policies, and emerging social commerce trends.
What We’re Looking For:
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field—or equivalent experience.
- 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce, social commerce, or digital marketing.
- Familiarity with TikTok Shop Seller Center, Excel or Google Sheets, and e-commerce platforms.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- A proactive, collaborative mindset and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Flexibility to support promotional events, TikTok Lives, and seasonal business needs.
