Job Overview
Join our team of professionals who take pride in their craftsmanship of cabinetry and other millwork for over 25 years serving Bucks County and the surrounding areas!

Duties
- Apply all types of finishes from stains, primer and conversion varnish
- Pre-finish quality control: confirm adequate sanding by shop, wood filling and sanding.
- Tape and prep cabinets and scuff and clean before finishing
- Check drawings for accuracy and verify all parts are in the spray area
- Take note of paint process and cabinet material for each client.
- Order materials such as paint, solvents, gloves and sandpaper
- Conduct restoration work on existing cabinetry as needed.
- Create color samples for clients and work to approved sample
- Prepare touch up kits.
- Keep spray booth maintained with filters, pumps and booth paper
Requirements
- Experience in the shop for at least two years
- Ensure that all final products meet or exceed quality standards.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Physical stamina for standing for long periods and performing manual labor tasks.
