We are currently hiring for experienced Quarry Laborers and Heavy Equipment Operators. These are full time, hourly positions with more earning potential during spring and summer months. No experience necessary but preferred.
Job Requirements:
- The successful candidate will be a dependable and self-motivated person who can work in a busy quarry environment.
- Responsible for driving/operating heavy mobile equipment to move rock product to selected intake crushing/screening site and deposit load into intake area.
- Knowledge of general principles and practices of operating and servicing heavy equipment
- Must be willing to work overtime and extended hours depending on customer and company demands.
- Must be able to work outside in all types of weather conditions andtolerate being exposed to loud noises.
- Perform service and maintenance on equipment.
- Must adhere to all safety and environmental guidelines, policies and procedures.
- Properly follow company policies and MSHA compliance regulations
- Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) in designated operations and production areas as stated by MSHA.

Required Qualifications:
- Willingness to learn, take direction given by the quarry foreman and follow safe work procedures
- Display a professional and courteous attitude to co-workers, supervisors and the general public at all times.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs. stand, sit, squat for periods of time
- Mechanical aptitude (helpful but not necessary)
- Must be safety-oriented and exhibit safe work habits.
- Must have good verbal and listening communication skills.
- Must be able to pass pre-employment drug test, physical and background check.
- Must be at least age 18 years of age
