- Assisting with patient intake and preparing examination rooms
- Recording patient information and medical history
- Performing basic medical procedures under supervision
- Managing phone calls and scheduling appointments
- Utilizing Microsoft Word for documentation and communication
- Providing excellent customer service to patients and visitors
- Utilizing ECW software for electronic health records
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a medical assistant program
- Certification as a Medical Assistant preferred
- Prior experience in a medical office setting
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and basic computer skills
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Experience with ECW software is a plus
