Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Schedule patient appointments accurately and efficiently using electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Coordinate with medical staff and patients to confirm appointment times and reschedule as necessary.
- Maintain and update patient records and appointment logs.
- Communicate appointment details and any necessary preparation instructions to patients.
- Handle incoming calls and inquiries related to scheduling and patient services.
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to optimize scheduling workflows.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other healthcare regulations regarding patient information confidentiality.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed to support clinic operations.
Qualifications
