About The Role
As a Product Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our product offerings. You'll be responsible for the end-to-end product lifecycle, from identifying customer needs and market trends to defining the product roadmap, designing features, and launching successful products. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, sales, and operations to ensure we deliver products that exceed user expectations.
Position Requirements
- Develop, manage, and implement product launch strategy.
- Define and execute product roadmap, and participate in every aspect of the product life cycle to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.
- Research new market segments by leveraging existing technologies.
- Manage product validation in the lab and in the field for successful market launches.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
- Develop GTM strategy
- Work with our offsite development and manufacturing partners across the globe.
- Translate user insights into actionable product features and specifications.
- Manage product releases based on user feedback and data analysis.
- Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure product success to upper management.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest asset management technologies and trends.
- Bachelor’s degree in electronics, computer engineering, or mechatronics.
- Have 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the technology or mobile asset management industry.
- 3 years of experience in embedded systems, cloud technologies and SaaS platforms.
- 3 years of experience in product development, business analysis, and product launch planning and execution.
- Ability to work with a cross-functional team across the globe.
- Excellent communication and organization skills.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally (about 20%).
- Possess a deep understanding of user research, product design, and development methodologies.
- Are a data-driven decision-maker with strong analytical skills.
- Have excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Are passionate about asset management and the sustainable future of transportation.
- Are a self-starter with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Have experience with asset management. Ground Support Industry or Material Handling Industry..
