Statement of Welcome:
At the Ministry Leadership Center, we seek to embody the radically inclusive nature of Jesus Christ–in our programs, partnerships, resources, and the communities we serve. We are dedicated to fostering an environment that celebrates diversity, seeks equity, and cultivates belonging as a theological imperative.
This commitment is grounded in our conviction that every person inherently bears the image of God. The imago Dei is expansive, extending across the full span of human life and identity, including race, color, creed, gender identity/expression, sexual orientation, age, ability, national origin, immigration status, veteran status, and all intersecting identities present in our broader community. Because God’s image is expansive, so is our welcome. At MLC, we honor the dignity of each person and strive to amplify the voices of those on the margins.
