We are looking for experienced and compassionate Medical Doctor (MD) to our clinical team in Dallas, Texas! This is a full-time, onsite opportunity to contribute to a patient-centered healthcare environment focused on quality and clinical excellence.
🩺 About the Role
In this inpatient setting (acute care hospitals or short-term rehab centers), you will provide comprehensive medical care, manage diverse medical conditions, and collaborate closely with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.
Note: This is not a primary care clinic role.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and manage acute & chronic illnesses
Conduct physical exams, screenings, and routine health checks
Develop and execute evidence-based treatment plans
Prescribe medications and oversee clinical treatments
Maintain accurate documentation aligned with regulatory standards
Educate patients and caregivers on health management
Partner with specialists, nurses, and allied health professionals
Stay updated with the latest advancements in medical care
Ensure compliance with HIPAA, CMS, and healthcare regulations
🎓 Qualifications
MD degree from an accredited institution
Valid Texas Medical License relevant board certification
2 years of clinical experience preferred
Strong diagnostic and decision-making skills
Excellent communication & patient-relationship abilities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
