We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated full-time Cardiologist to join our esteemed medical team in Goodyear, AZ .

This vital role involves providing expert cardiovascular care, diagnosing complex heart conditions, and developing personalized treatment plans to improve patient outcomes. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality inpatient and outpatient services, utilizing advanced medical imaging and electronic health record (EHR) systems to streamline patient management. Duties

• Conduct thorough cardiovascular evaluations, including physical examinations and medical history assessments.
• Interpret diagnostic tests such as echocardiograms, stress tests, cardiac catheterization results, and other medical imaging studies.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with heart disease, hypertension, arrhythmias, and other cardiovascular conditions.
• Perform invasive procedures like cardiac catheterization and vascular interventional radiography to diagnose and treat complex cases.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate perioperative care, critical care management, and post-operative recovery strategies.
• Utilize EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems such as Epic to document patient encounters accurately and efficiently.
• Engage in clinical research initiatives to stay at the forefront of cardiology advancements and contribute to evidence-based practices.

Skills

• Extensive knowledge of cardiology principles, physiology, and advanced diagnostic techniques including medical imaging modalities like CT scans.
• Proficiency with EHR systems such as Epic or similar platforms for seamless patient data management.
• Strong experience with invasive procedures including catheterization and interventional radiology techniques.
• Familiarity with hospital protocols, inpatient care procedures, and Level I trauma center standards.
• Ability to interpret complex medical terminology accurately while maintaining clear communication with patients and colleagues.
• Critical care experience in settings such as ICU or neurocritical care environments is highly desirable.
