What are the responsibilities and job description for the Travel LPN – Med Surg/Observation | Zanesville, OH | Night Shift | $1850 weekly position at Minisoft Health care?
Requirements:
- Active Ohio LPN License
- Active BLS/BCLS
- Minimum 2 years of current/recent hospital experience
- Current Epic EMR proficiency is required
- IV certification required
- Must be able to manage a patient load of approximately 5 patients with RN oversight
- Must be able to read telemetry
- Telemetry competency will be tested on Day 1
- No call requirement
Unit/Floating Information:
The LPN will primarily work on the Medical Surgical/Observation units and may occasionally float to other Med-Surg areas as needed, including:
- Surgical
- Respiratory
- Wound Care
- Stroke
- Oncology
- Cardiac
- Observation
Pay: $1,800.00 - $1,850.00 per week
