Job Summary:
MiningStore is seeking a skilled and reliable licensed Iowa Journeyman Electrician for a full-time position. The ideal candidate will work independently to complete electrical scopes of work. This role offers PTO and deployment bonuses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, and systems in accordance with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and all Iowa State codes.
- Read and interpret blueprints, circuit diagrams, and other technical documentation.
- Troubleshoot electrical malfunctions and perform system testing.
- Ensure all work is performed to the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Must possess a valid, current Iowa Journeyman Electrician License. We will verify license status with the Iowa Electrical Examining Board.
- Alternatively, must hold an equivalent Journeyman license from a state with reciprocity and be able to obtain an Iowa license promptly.
- Proficient knowledge of the 2023 NEC and Iowa amendments.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety protocols.
- Reliable transportation to and from our job sites in Iowa.
Schedule & Compensation:
- Schedule: Full-time hours. Specific daily schedule to be confirmed.
- Pay: $38.00 per hour.
- Benefits: PTO and deployment bonuses available.
