About The Role

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Product Support Supervisor to lead our customer-facing support team. In this role, you will be the heartbeat of our customer experience — ensuring every interaction is handled with expertise, empathy, and efficiency.

This is a people-first leadership role where you will coach, develop, and inspire a team of support professionals while driving operational excellence and delivering outstanding service to both internal and external customers.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Responds to customer product inquiries, issues or malfunctions via telephone or chat sessions.
  • Troubleshoots customer concerns, issues raised during training, product use or malfunctioning products, and/or software
  • applications and recommends corrective action.
  • Interpersonal skills and product knowledge are critical to responding and troubleshooting to customer inquiries.
  • Documents customer information, troubleshooting, and/or recurring product issues to support product quality programs and product development.

Schedule

  • Full-time, 40 hours/week. 8-hour shift scheduled between 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM.
  • Five days a week. Availability required 7 days a week, including evenings and weekends.

Important Role Details

  • Location: On-site – 18302 Talavera Ridge, San Antonio, TX
  • Paid training begins July 20th, 2026. Must be available to attend training July 20th to Sep 4th to be considered.

Minimum Requirements (Must Have)

  • Data analytics
  • Drive operational excellence
  • A genuine passion for people development and customer satisfaction
  • Proven experience in customer service or product support environments
  • High School Diploma (or equivalent) and 5 years of relevant experience
  • Associate's Degree and 3 years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor's Degree and 1 year of Customer Service Supervisory experience OR 3 years of Customer Service experience

Nice To Have / Preferred

  • Some experience in AI
  • Experience in highly regulated industry
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent collaboration and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop teams
  • Strong understanding of work scheduling, prioritization, and process execution
  • Solid knowledge of operational and technical practices within customer support

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$58,000.00 - $98,000.00

This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Short Term Incentive (STI).
