About The Role

The Operations Integrator - Program Director is a strategic operations leader who serves as the primary Operations interface across multiple New Product Development (NPD) Core teams or leads exceptionally large and complex product development program. This is a highly visible, strategic role with significant organizational impact across the organization and direct influence on business outcomes.

The Operations Integrator - Program Director provides strategic direction, makes critical business decisions, and leads cross-functional / international teams responsible for value stream design, planning, execution, and post-launch hyper care of new products’ production systems. Organizational Impact Through Collaborative Leadership: The candidate will own strategic Operations execution through strong collaborative relationships and influence networks spanning all organizational levels. Results are accomplished by building and leading high-performing Extended Operations teams, fostering cross-functional partnerships across operational functions, and creating alignment between corporate strategy and operational execution through collaborative influence rather than hierarchical authority.

Manufacturing Operations Thought Leadership: A successful candidate will serve as the architect of scalable and sustainable production systems for new products.
