About The Role
The Director, Program Management – Global Warehousing is responsible for leading the execution of the MiniMed global distribution center and warehousing strategy for diabetes medical devices. This role provides end‑to‑end program leadership across global DC network initiatives, including 3PL onboarding and governance, warehouse process standardization, value‑added services enablement, and SAP/S/4HANA warehouse implementation support. The position partners closely with Operations, IT, Quality, Regulatory, Finance, and external logistics providers to deliver scalable, compliant, and high‑performing warehousing capabilities that ensure continuity of patient‑critical product supply and support business growth.

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$159,200-$238,800

Key Responsibilities
Global DC Network Strategy Execution
- Lead execution of the approved global warehousing and distribution center network strategy in alignment with business growth, product launches, and regional market needs.
- Translate strategic objectives into multi‑year execution roadmaps, including warehouse start‑ups, transitions, exits, and capacity expansions.
- Ensure network initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while mitigating operational and compliance risks.
- Lead end‑to‑end onboarding of global 3PL warehouse partners, including readiness planning, operational go‑live, and stabilization.
- Establish and maintain standardized 3PL onboarding frameworks, playbooks, and governance models.
- Partner with sourcing, legal, quality, and operations teams to ensure operational and contractual readiness.
- Drive performance management, KPIs, and continuous improvement across global 3PL partners.
- Act as escalation owner for critical service, quality, or compliance issues.
- Define, deploy, and govern global warehouse process standards to ensure consistency, scalability, and compliance across regions.
- Lead development and standardization of value‑added services (VAS), including but not limited to: Kitting and labeling Serialization and UDI support Cold‑chain and controlled environment workflows Returns, refurbishment, and recovery processes
- Partner closely with Quality and Regulatory Affairs to ensure all warehouse operations meet GxP and medical device regulatory requirements.
- Serve as the business program owner for SAP-enabled warehousing initiatives, including SAP S/4HANA, EWM/WM, and WMS‑to‑3PL integrations.
- Lead definition of business requirements and support system configuration in close partnership with IT and SAP Centers of Excellence.
- Support design, testing, data readiness, cutover, hypercare, and stabilization activities for warehouse system deployments.
- Ensure alignment between physical warehouse processes and digital system design.
- Establish and maintain a global warehousing program management framework, including scope management, milestones, KPIs, risk tracking, and executive reporting.
- Lead cross‑functional, global program teams across Operations, IT, Quality, Regulatory, Finance, and external providers.
- Proactively identify risks to service continuity, compliance, cost, and capacity and lead mitigation planning.
- Provide clear and concise communication on program status, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership.
- Influence and drive alignment in a highly matrixed global organization without direct operational ownership.
- Mentor and develop program management talent and promote disciplined execution culture.

- Demonstrated experience executing global DC network initiatives
- Proven experience onboarding and managing 3PL warehouse partners
- Experience driving warehouse process standardization and scalable operating models
- Hands‑on experience supporting SAP or SAP S/4HANA warehouse implementations
- Experience working in regulated environments (medical device, pharmaceutical, or healthcare preferred)
