Now we're looking for a full-time Healthcare Clinic Executive Assistant to join us in Highlands Ranch, CO. If you can support a driven team in caring for patients and providing compassionate service, then you'll earn $40,000 - $65,000/year (based on experience). Sound good to you? WHAT DO YOU NEED?
- Executive assistant experience
- Ability to work from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday
- Ability to work some on-call as needed by the executive team
Care navigation/care coordination experience would be a bonus!
WHAT WILL YOU DO AS OUR HEALTHCARE CLINIC EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT?
- Collaborate with our dedicated team to coordinate high-quality care for CMO patients
- Coordinate referrals
- Promptly schedule patients in need of urgent add-on appointments
- Contribute to various care coordination special projects
- Provide exceptional executive assistance to our practice's president and complete administrative duties as assigned
