Between appointments, you answer patient phone calls, refill medications, and process prior authorizations to keep care moving without delays. You stay attentive to the patient portal and respond with clarity and empathy. Throughout the day, you proactively stock rooms and order supplies, ensuring every provider has what they need at their fingertips.
