Role Description
As an Architectural Drafter at Minima Homes, you will be responsible for creating precise architectural and construction drawings to support the design and build process. Your day-to-day tasks will include translating design concepts into detailed drawings, collaborating with architects and designers, ensuring compliance with building codes and standards, and contributing to the planning and development of luxury residential projects. This is a full-time role based on-site in Scottsdale, AZ, where you will play an integral part in delivering exceptional homes for our clients.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Architectural Drawings, Construction Drawings, and Drawing techniques
- Project Management
- Must know CAD and Revit
- Strong foundation in Architecture and Planning for residential projects
- Knowledge of building codes, materials, and construction processes
- Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to meet deadlines
- Proficiency in industry-standard software
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Drafting, or a related field
- Experience working on luxury residential projects is a plus
