About the Role:
We are looking for a team member with a meticulous attention to detail who can speak and write in a tactful and convincing manner. Your role is to support Minifiglabs by communicating with our clients to find out their needs, giving them advice, and then passing on the information to the various departments, ensuring that our clients are satisfied with the end results. Due to your working hours, the majority of your teammates will be offline when you are on duty, but our clients will be all be very active.
You will also need to have fantastic communications skills and etiquette for building rapport with prospective clients and de-escalating/resolving any matters raised by existing clients. Your objective is to uphold improve the continued confidence and trust that clients have in Minifiglabs throughout the whole sales funnel - from the first touch point to aftersales service, and in the persuasion to make reorders.
At Minifiglabs, we operate in a casual office environment, but are very serious about producing high-quality work with unparalleled results. As part of a growing team where our individual job titles mean little and quality of work means everything, you will be held accountable to a high standard and expected to pitch in where needed across the board.
What A Day Looks Like @ Minifiglabs:
- Check the messages from the morning team
- Check the calendar for the upcoming video calls with clients
- Monitor and manage inbox, US hotline, and website chat widget
- Host video calls with clients and guide the conversation to understand the requirements
- Check the various lead channels and consolidate the related information and tasks in our depositories such as Google Sheets or ClickUp Dashboards
- Populate the morning dailies document for team huddles to assist the project manager
- Leave notes for the all departments for any project changes and on the tasks required for replying the leads
- Update ClickUp and Google calendar
- Occasionally Kick off new projects via ClickUp
- Establish and maintain good business relationships with clients to achieve team sales targets (calls/emails/video conferences etc. rest assured that these are not cold leads)
- Prepare quotations and invoices in Xero
- Add completed visuals into depository of case studies
