What You’ll Do
Greet customers and provide a warm, professional first impression
Answer incoming calls, determine the nature of the caller’s needs, and direct them to the appropriate department
Operate the dealership switchboard efficiently and minimize hold times
Calculate customer invoices using the dealership’s computer system
Process payments (cash, check, credit card) and accurately record transactions
Issue receipts and make change correctly
Handle customer concerns with diplomacy and escalate when necessary
Assist managers with clerical tasks and maintain an organized workspace
Build familiarity with internal processes to assist customers quickly and effectively
Maintain a courteous, polished, and professional demeanor with customers and coworkers
Strong customer service skills and a friendly, confident communication style
Professional appearance and a positive, team‑oriented attitude
Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
Basic computer proficiency; Microsoft Office experience is a plus
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Acceptable driving record per dealership guidelines

- HOURS: Monday & Wednesday 3:00 pm - 6:00 pm & Saturday 8:00 am - 1:30 pm
