Description
Janitor Responsibilities:
- Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
- Clean and sanitize all restrooms, daily.
- Clean glass and mirrors in all locations.
- Clean conference room, table, floors, and empty trash.
- Stock bathroom products in all restrooms, as needed daily.
- Clean counters, tables, and stock kitchen area with supplies.
- Clean refrigerators and microwaves, as needed.
- Collect and dispose of trash in the front office, kitchen area, and in all departments, daily.
- Order cleaning and kitchen supplies, as needed.
- Assist in any deep cleaning processes in all departments and cleanrooms, as needed.
- Notify supervisors or managers of any major repairs.
- Complete tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision.
Requirements
Janitor Requirements:
· Ability to manage your time efficiently.
· Work well when supervisors are not present.
· Time management and organizational skills
· Ability to lift 50 pounds or more.
· Able to work safely with a variety of cleaning supplies.
· Able to use basic cleaning equipment, as needed.
· Ability to follow a daily clearing schedule.
Travel:
Automobile is required.
A Valid Driver’s License is required.
Travel is expected between buildings.
Required Education and Experience:
· High School Diploma or equivalent.
·
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Must have good organizational skills.
· Able to work independently.
· Attention to details.
· Basic computer skills
This position is 2nd shift, 3:30 pm to 12:00 am
Salary : $20 - $23
