What Your Day Actually Looks Like:
- Streamlined Dispatch: Our dispatch team controls the schedule and routes your day for maximum efficiency. Your calls are pushed directly to your phone or tablet via Housecall Pro. You don't have to worry about logistics just follow the schedule, run the calls, and close out the jobs.
- Field Execution: Once you arrive on site, you are the expert. You execute the system designs, diagnose the issues, and perform the repairs without someone breathing down your neck.
- Clean, High-End Installs: You will be installing premium mini split systems, line set covers, and top-tier components like surge protectors. When you leave, the engineered space looks flawless and the site is spotless.
- Zero Babysitting: We expect you to be where the dispatcher schedules you, on time, every time. You show up, do top-tier work, and get paid well for it. Period.
Do You Have What It Takes?
- The Experience: Hands on HVAC service experience, specifically diagnosing, repairing, and installing ductless mini-splits.
- The Paperwork: EPA Section 608 Certification, a valid driver’s license, and a clean driving record.
- The Tech Skills: You know your way around an iPad or smartphone just as well as your toolbag.
Pay: $17.00 - $35.00 per hour
