MINI of Tempe, a Penske Automotive Group dealership, is looking for an experienced, Used Car Technician to join our team and deliver extraordinary customer experiences.

As a Used Car Technician, you will perform repairs and maintenance work in accordance with factory and dealership specifications and time standards for an excellent customer experience.

What We Are Looking For

• Sign-on bonus available for qualified candidates with a minimum of 5 years of professional automotive technician experience.
• Previous dealership or high-volume automotive repair experience preferred.
• Experience performing used vehicle inspections, diagnostics, mechanical repairs, and reconditioning is highly preferred.
• Genuine interest in providing an exceptional customer experience.
• Friendliness, enthusiasm, reliability, with a positive "team-player" attitude.
• Strong work ethic with the ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
• Safe working knowledge of shop tools and equipment, 3 years of dealership experience. Brand knowledge is preferred, but not required.

Compensation for this position is based upon production/sales. The wage ranges are not guaranteed and are estimates based on expected production/sales. The minimum for this position is Arizona state minimum wage. Bonus may be paid in installments and is subject to the terms of the dealership's sign-on bonus program.
