Role Description The Internet Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Portland, OR. This position focuses on responding promptly and professionally to online inquiries, emails, and chat messages from prospective and current customers. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing digital leads, scheduling test drives and appointments, providing accurate vehicle and pricing information, and guiding customers through the online buying process. The Internet Sales Specialist collaborates with the sales and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience, maintains detailed records in CRM systems, and follows up consistently to build strong relationships and meet sales targets. The role also involves learning and promoting current MINI offers, using dealership tools and e-commerce platforms, and participating in ongoing training to stay current on products and best practices.
